Quantum Coupé

Component car, designed and built by Quantum Sports Cars

Factory built to a high specification using a light, but exceptionally strong GRP monocoque chassis (number Q4-199) and producion CVH engine, drivetrain and suspension components. One of only 250 built, so very rare and much sought after.

The Coupé is correctly registered as a Quantum and the current mileage is 42,600. It’s taxed until the end of April 08 and benefits from a full 12 months MoT.

Finished in eye-catching Fiat Broom Yellow (lots of people admire the colour - it really suits the car’s sleek styling) the Coupé sits on a set of  unmarked 5 spoke alloys with almost new low profile tyres. Rear lights are smoked and the front pop-up headlamps / driving lights are tinted yellow to blend in with the colour coding - they also look rather cool after dark.

The dashboard instruments have white dials and the Momo steering wheel, OMP gear knob and leather gear lever gaiter are all yellow colour coded. There is also a nice set of show quality yellow and black mats that go with the car, but I keep them wrapped up in the garage to prevent them getting dirty!

The seats are half leather and there is a radio/MP3 CD player (with memory card slot, USB port and AUX in for iPod or other MP3 player) connected to front kick panel speakers and a pair of Kenwood 6x9s in the rear shelf. Front windows are electric and there is a high security anti theft gearbox tunnel lock fitted. There is an unused space-saver spare wheel in the surprisingly spacious boot. Full service history and all MOTs plus original build certification and owner’s manual are at hand.

The yellow paintwork is spot on and polishes up to  a high shine as can be seen in the photos. Mechanically, it is in A1 condition. No expense has been spared to ensure that it is kept in perfect running order.

Amazing fun to drive with go-kart handling. It purrs along like a dream and growls when provoked!
